RETURNS POLICY

If you feel you are not happy with our products you may return them for a full product refund providing they haven’t been used. Return postage is paid at your own cost and once the product/products are received back safely and unused they will be refunded. In regards to bait making equipment, if you feel that the item is faulty you may return it for inspection and testing if the item is deemed faulty then we will refund your postage cost we do not refund postage costs for the noise level created by the product the noise level does not effect the operation of the product. It is advised to send your returns by Royal Mail signed for postage or EVRI as we can’t refund products if they go missing in transit. In the unlikely event that your return parcel does go missing in transit you would have to contact the royal mail team to resolve this as you are the sender. Please note we do not refund postage costs only product costs.
